Last week at IFA 2018 the first 8K TV from TCL, X10 was unveiled and has been confirmed for an early 2019 Australian launch. Alongside with the 8K model, the new Frame TV+ and the X8 were also announced by TCL. The X10 model was one of the three 2019 Australian models on preview at IFA 2018.
Powered by Android O (Android 8.0) operating systems, and with built-in Alexa and Google Assistant, all three models use AI powered technologies with the latest developments in picture and sound. The televisions feature HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Quantum Dot picture technology, Onkyo sound technology and Dolby Atmos.
According to Jason Carrick, TCL Australia's national sales director "TCL's 2019 range will give Australian consumers the opportunity to experience a new level of immersive and seamless entertainment". TLC's 2019 range is planning to utilise developments in AI and drive seamless connected life by connecting all smart home services.
